Many grains are gluten-free such as rice, corn, soy, beans, millet, chia, flax and many other grains. There are chances that even these grains contain gluten as sometimes by accident these grains come in contact with gluten-containing grains and get contaminated. So, one should buy only those grains that have been tested for the presence of gluten. In local stores, one can found substitutes for gluten-containing foods. It is easy to find gluten-free food these days. For instance, one can find vegan gluten free bread instead of normal bread. 

Before buying anything one should carefully read the labels. There might be some labels on foods that say that they are gluten-free but in reality, they are not. One should see that all the gluten-free products might not advertise themselves as gluten-free so they should check the list of ingredients that is which foods are exactly gluten-free. Also, different flavorings or extracts that are added to the food might contain gluten so one should check for those as well.

Supposedly while buying oats, one says that there is no need to check, as oats are naturally gluten-free. It is not sure that it will be gluten-free because oats may be harvested with the same machine with which wheat is harvested. So, there are chances of contamination of oats. One should specifically check for the label of gluten-free and all the ingredients that are used to make the product. One can find different gluten free bread brands. 

The special attention for gluten is raised by soups and sauces. There are high chances that wheat is used as a thickener in it. So, one should read the label carefully while paying special attention to the cream-based products. The beverages are considered to be gluten-free so one needs to worry less while buying such products.
